✅ Provide professional and personalized service to business banking clients
✅ Grow and retain a portfolio of business clients through relationship management
✅ Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial product solutions
✅ Prepare, motivate, and submit credit applications with detailed financial analysis
✅ Drive sales and control costs while delivering client value
✅ Understand and apply regulatory and compliance standards across all transactions

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

📘 Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or related field
✔️ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking environment
✔️ Previous experience managing a portfolio of business customers
✔️ Knowledge of credit application preparation and motivation
✔️ Familiarity with financial statements and risk assessment
✔️ Solid understanding of collateral, balance sheets, and business entities

📘 Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ FAIS accredited as a Key Individual and approved by FSCA
✔️ 1+ year experience in the Business Banking environment
✔️ Knowledge of taxation laws, CPIC documentation, and regulatory compliance

🧠 Knowledge & Skills

🧩 Essential Knowledge:
✔️ CRM principles and customer engagement strategies
✔️ Legal entity structures (e.g., sole proprietors, CCs, Pty Ltds)
✔️ Financial ratios, balance sheets, and business cash flow
✔️ Regulations like FAIS, FICA, and other banking compliance standards
✔️ Knowledge of competitors’ offerings and Capitec’s unique value proposition
