Job Overview

AB InBev is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to drive high-value digital performance reporting and insights across its brand portfolio. The role focuses on translating complex data into actionable strategies that support brand growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts, enhance reporting standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team
  • Mentor, coach, and develop analysts
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the BI function
  • Align reporting outputs with business strategy and KPIs

Data & Insights

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
  • Develop and refine KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies
  • Integrate digital performance with broader brand metrics

Reporting & Performance

  • Own and optimize reporting channels across brands
  • Deliver high-quality reports and dashboards
  • Ensure insights drive decision-making and business outcomes
  • Conduct crisis tracking and performance analysis

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work with media, strategy, insights, and creative teams
  • Engage with stakeholders to align on reporting needs
  • Present insights to senior leadership

Innovation & Optimization

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and frameworks
  • Apply best practices in data visualization and analytics
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions

Qualifications

Education

  • 3-Year Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years in insights, analytics, strategy, or research
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Emplify)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Boolean logic for data queries
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
