Now, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our Cape Town-based operations (hybrid or remote) and play a critical role in shaping data-driven growth across the UK and US.

✅ What You’ll Do

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will work cross-functionally to support Zen’s go-to-market operations with impactful data insights, reporting, and optimization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

✔️ Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights and serve as a single source of truth.
✔️ Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead scalable, data-driven improvements across sales and account management.
✔️ Collaboration & Process Management: Facilitate inter-team discussions and data meetings to drive better strategic alignment.
✔️ Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze large datasets using SQL/BigQuery and turn raw data into compelling, actionable stories.
✔️ Tech & Integration: Research and implement tools that enhance operations and improve data infrastructure (CRM/automation/etc).

🧠 What You Bring

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive team player with a passion for data and process improvement.

🔍 Must-Haves:

• 5+ years experience in business analytics, BI, or related roles

• Proficiency with SQL / BigQuery

• Experience creating dashboards (Looker, Power BI, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• An ownership mindset and the ability to take initiative

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related
