About the Role
As a Business Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, enhancing, and optimizing business processes to ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
✔ Strategic Business Optimization:
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Design and optimize workflows to reduce redundancies and improve performance.
• Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline operations.
✔ Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Report insights and recommendations to senior management.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
✔ Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business optimization, operations management, or process improvement.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiencies within a corporate environment.
✔ Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management (BPM) are advantageous.
✔ Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and process automation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence software.
