Pam Golding Properties is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our Randburg branch. This role involves providing essential administrative and marketing support to agents and management, while also acting as the key liaison between the branch and the regional marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

๐ธ Marketing Campaign Support:

Manage the submission of briefs for marketing campaigns from branch agents and ensure they are properly loaded with required images, ads, and information.

Act as the communication bridge between agents and the regional marketing team, updating them on any changes or new developments related to briefs.

Ensure marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, ads, and mandate packs) is printed and stocked for show days and agent use.

๐ธ Social Media & Content Creation:

Collaborate with agents to create content for social media campaigns, and provide briefings to the regional marketing team for execution.

Create digital and print marketing collateral using Lucidpress templates and Alchemy, ensuring all content is up-to-date.

Communicate any updates on marketing templates and tools to agents.

๐ธ Branch Marketing Support:

Liaise with external suppliers for necessary marketing materials and manage signage contracts and renewals.

Assist with branch marketing events, expos, and agent activations as required.

Edit and print brochures from Alchemy, utilizing activity reports for On Show listings.

๐ธ Training & Development:

Train agents on the use of new marketing collateral developed by the regional and national marketing teams.

Provide support for agents using Alchemy to ensure smooth marketing execution.

Required Skills and Competencies:

๐ธ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.

๐ธ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

๐ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

๐ธ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

๐ธ High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience:

๐ธ Minimum Matric/Grade 12 qualification.

๐ธ Marketing Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
-
๐ธ 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in administrative or marketing support.
