Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification is required. A Diploma in Customer Service or related field is advantageous.

🔧 Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment or customer service role is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Familiarity with call centre systems and technology (e.g., CRM software) is beneficial.

🎯 Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
