Key Responsibilities ✔️

📞 Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs within the business.

💬 Customer Queries: Handle client inquiries related to existing policies, services, and general enquiries.

🔄 Issue Resolution: Efficiently solve customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.

📝 Client Data Management: Update client information in the system.

💼 Product & System Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and systems to assist clients effectively.

🔄 Complaint Management: Resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

📑 Flexibility & Adaptability: Work flexible hours and be open to shifts as required.
Experience & Competencies 🛠️

📞 Call Centre Experience: Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a call center (preferred).

📚 Tele-sales & Inbound/Outbound Calls: Must have both inbound and outbound call experience.
-
📝 Scripted Communication: Good reading abilities for scripted questions and providing clear responses.

💬 Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

🖥️ Computer Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency to navigate systems.

🤝 Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for customer interactions.

💪 Customer-Centric: Demonstrate a customer-first approach in every interaction.
