Key Responsibilities βοΈ

π Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs within the business.

π¬ Customer Queries: Handle client inquiries related to existing policies, services, and general enquiries.

π Issue Resolution: Efficiently solve customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.

π Client Data Management: Update client information in the system.

πΌ Product & System Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and systems to assist clients effectively.

π Complaint Management: Resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

π Flexibility & Adaptability: Work flexible hours and be open to shifts as required.
Experience & Competencies π οΈ

π Call Centre Experience: Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a call center (preferred).

π Tele-sales & Inbound/Outbound Calls: Must have both inbound and outbound call experience.

π Scripted Communication: Good reading abilities for scripted questions and providing clear responses.

π¬ Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

π₯οΈ Computer Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency to navigate systems.

π€ Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for customer interactions.

πͺ Customer-Centric: Demonstrate a customer-first approach in every interaction.
