๐Ÿงฉ Role Summary:

Are you passionate about customer service and communication? BRB Watloo is looking for a Call Centre Agent to handle inbound calls, resolve customer complaints, and actively contact both current and potential clients to generate and secure sales orders. This dynamic role supports formal and informal trade customers, ensuring each interaction is professional and effective.


๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver first-call resolution with professional communication and telephone etiquette.

  • Sales Support: Solicit sales orders via outbound calls, inform customers of products, specials, and answer all order-related queries.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to fulfill unique customer needs and order specifications.

  • Data Accuracy: Capture all orders and updates accurately on company systems.

  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to call quality standards, behavior protocols, and operating guidelines.

  • Order Verification: Confirm and process all sales orders, including special authorizations and customer sales hold removals.

  • Team Support: Assist in team functions and cross-train into HPC, Milling, and free stock order departments.

  • Efficient Call Handling: Answer all inbound calls within the required timeframe and distribute call tasks efficiently.


๐Ÿ“š Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience dealing with customer interactions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of call centre processes and systems

Advantageous:

  • Sales-related qualification

  • FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry experience

  • Previous exposure to call centres, telesales, or customer service teams

  • Microsoft Excel experience
