The Campaign Management Intern will support Campaign Management Leads with the planning, execution, and optimisation of advertising and promotional campaigns for Syngentaโ€™s agricultural solutions in South Africa. This role provides exposure to integrated campaign delivery, marketing coordination, and performance tracking within a global organisation.

The internship programme is designed to provide structured workplace exposure and professional development. The intern will:

  • Support campaign planning and coordination activities

  • Assist with execution of advertising and promotional campaigns

  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics

  • Support preparation of campaign reports and presentations

  • Assist with coordination between internal teams and stakeholders

  • Help ensure campaigns align with brand and marketing guidelines

  • Support optimisation of campaigns based on insights and feedback


๐ŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, or related field

  • Strong academic performance with a minimum average of 70% in major subjects

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Basic understanding of advertising principles and market analysis techniques

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts will be an advantage
