Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cash Administrator to join the team at Alistair Group in Johannesburg. As a Cash Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow reporting, and liaising with key stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ongoing success and growth across Africa.


Key Responsibilities:
Bank Statement Management: Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for all entities.
Payment Processing: Weekly and ad-hoc processing of payments for all entities.
Reconciliation: Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all entities.
Cash Flow Reporting: Responsible for weekly cash flow reporting and management.
International Transactions: Prepare BOP forms for international inward and outward transactions.
Account Analysis: Analysis of bank accounts and sweeping of balances.
Journal Capturing: Capture all journals related to the various cashbooks accounts.
Stakeholder Liaison: Regularly liaise with banks and key stakeholders on administrative matters such as user management and limits.
Mandate Management: Ensure all bank mandates are kept up to date.
SAP Proficiency: Experience using SAP Business 1 for financial management.


Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance (Honours is desirable).
Experience: Successful completion of a graduate programme (6 months).
Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business 1 and other financial tools.
Additional: Valid passport.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:20 – 16:20, plus alternate Saturday mornings, 08:00 – 12:00.
