Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cash Centre Supervisor to oversee the accurate processing of deposits and to ensure exceptional service delivery within our Hermanstad branch. This role is vital in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.
π Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the Cash Centre (where applicable)
β
Supervise and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
β
Oversee the counting, verification, balancing, and reconciling of cash
β
Address discrepancies with re-counts when necessary
β
Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and statistics
β
Ensure all schedules match physical counts and registers are signed
β
Investigate and handle incident reports professionally
β
Resolve client queries promptly and courteously
β
Promote and uphold discipline, accountability, and client service excellence
β
Be accountable for the branch in absence of the Manager
π― Minimum Requirements:
βοΈ Grade 12 or equivalent
βοΈ Clear criminal record
βοΈ Computer literate
βοΈ Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in a Cash Centre or similar role (advantageous)
βοΈ Experience in treasury functions (advantageous)
βοΈ Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
βοΈ Willingness to work extra hours when required
βοΈ Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
