About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team and help us serve high-quality meals with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence:
  Greet customers warmly, handle orders efficiently, and ensure every guest receives friendly, professional service.

• Menu Preparation Support:
  Assist in preparing menu items following standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain both quality and speed of service.

• Cleanliness & Hygiene:
  Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety throughout your shift, ensuring a hygienic working and dining environment.

• POS Operation:
  Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle payments, and maintain a secure cash-handling process.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or fast-food service

  • Familiarity with food preparation and customer service standards

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Customer-first attitude

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy food service environment

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
