The Casual Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities. This role involves engaging customers, demonstrating products, and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs.

It is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible, part-time retail role within a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

Proactively approach and assist customers in-store
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Deliver a hands-on experience with Apple products and services

Product Demonstration

Demonstrate features and benefits of Apple devices
Provide product knowledge and technical guidance
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and offerings

Sales Performance

Maximise sales opportunities and meet targets
Promote complete solutions (devices, accessories, services)
Contribute to store success through proactive selling

Qualifications

Education

Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential

Experience

Some sales experience in retail (Preferred)
Product knowledge or interest in technology (Advantageous)
