Position Overview
Are you passionate about customer service and the latest technology? iStore Ballito is looking for a Casual Sales Consultant who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will have the chance to engage with customers, provide expert advice, and promote a range of Apple products in one of the most exciting retail environments.
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to engage customers, understand their needs, and help them discover the right solutions from Apple’s cutting-edge product lineup. You will also play a critical role in maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customers have a memorable, positive experience every time they visit the store.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs.
✔ Maximize Sales: Recommend tailored Apple products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
✔ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Apple products and services to provide expert guidance.
✔ Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging store environment where customers feel valued.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet store sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Matric Certificate (Tertiary education or relevant certifications are a plus).
✅ Sales Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is highly beneficial.
✅ Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in Apple products and technology is essential.
✅ Passionate About Customer Service: You should enjoy helping others and providing personalized service.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
✅ Team Player: A strong team ethic with the ability to collaborate and achieve collective goals.
