About the Role
We are on the lookout for tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals who love Apple products and thrive in a retail environment. As a Casual Sales Consultant, your mission is to enhance customers’ Apple experience by providing expert advice, product demonstrations, and complete solutions.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple products and services.
- Drive sales by ensuring customers leave with the right Apple solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Stay up to date with Apple products and training provided by iStore.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum requirement: Matric certificate (Grade 12).
✔️ Sales experience: Preferably in retail, but product knowledge will be an advantage.
✔️ Passion for Apple: Familiarity with Apple products and services is a plus!
✔️ Customer-focused: Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork.
✔️ Flexibility: This is a part-time role, requiring 108 hours per month.
