✔️ Oversee daily catering operations within Healthwise sites
✔️ Ensure high service standards, food quality, and operational excellence
✔️ Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events end-to-end
✔️ Manage budgets, expenses, stock control, and supplier relationships
✔️ Lead, train, and motivate catering teams to achieve service goals
✔️ Develop menus with chefs according to health, dietary, and client needs
✔️ Maintain strong client relationships and handle enquiries professionally
✔️ Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
✔️ Uphold Tsebo brand standards and operational best practices
✔️ Support continuous improvement initiatives within catering operations
