About the Programme

The Cell C Graduate Programme is part of the Cell C Emerging Talent Programme, designed to nurture future leaders and professionals in telecommunications. Over the course of this internship, graduates will gain hands-on experience, exposure to high-impact projects, and continuous professional development.

This programme develops well-rounded, industry-ready professionals who are confident, capable, and ready to lead in one of the most dynamic industries in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational and professional tasks within your assigned division.

  • Assist with project work, administrative duties, and reporting.

  • Conduct research, compile reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, workshops, and team projects.

  • Keep a detailed log of milestones, achievements, and learning outcomes.

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Cell C values.

Fields of Study Eligible

Applicants should hold or be completing a Diploma/Degree in one of the following fields:

1. IT & Cyber Security

  • BSc Computer Science/IT, BEng Computer or Software Engineering

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security

  • CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CEH certifications

2. Forensics Investigation

  • BCom Forensic Accounting, Auditing, or Law (Commercial/Criminal)

  • Forensic Science, Fraud Risk Management, or CFE certification

3. Networks

  • BEng Electrical/Electronic/Telecoms Engineering

  • Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP)

  • Computer Systems, IT (Networking), or Wireless Communication

4. Customer Value Management (CVM)

  • BCom Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business Science

  • Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or CRM Systems

  • SQL, Power BI, Python, R certification is advantageous

5. Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity

  • Risk Management, Law, Finance, Governance, or Crisis Management

6. Marketing

  • BCom/BA Marketing, Brand Management, PR, Media & Communication

  • Strategic Brand Building, Events Management, Digital Media

7. Learning & Development

  • Communication Design or Instructional Design

  • E-Learning Development, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Strong communication and design proficiency

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen (as per company policy).

  • No academic commitments in 2026 (full-time programme participation required).

  • No prior work experience necessary.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
