π― Role Purpose
The Cellular Specialist is responsible for driving mobile and tech product sales within Totalsports. This role requires a tech-savvy, customer-centric individual who understands the mobile landscape, delivers exceptional service, and supports store operations through effective merchandising, administration, and customer engagement.
π Key Responsibilities
π± Sales & Customer Experience

Stay updated with the latest mobile phones, accessories, and tech trends.

Deliver an outstanding customer brand experience and provide expert guidance.

Drive cellular sales and consistently work toward turnover targets.

Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business.
π Operational Standards

Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.

Ensure accurate processing of transactions and documentation.

Assist with mobile product displays, demonstrations, and tech support.

Manage mobile assets and maintain device security.
π Administration & Store Support

Support effective store administration processes.

Assist with stock counts, device management, and reporting.

Ensure smooth coordination of daily operational tasks.
