Key Responsibilities
As a Change Agent Intern, your role will focus on training delivery and learning support. You will contribute to creating an engaging and productive learning environment by:
✅ Sharing Innovative Ideas: Contribute your fresh perspectives to enhance training interventions and improve learning outcomes.
✅ Conducting Training: Facilitate company-specific systems, applications, and product training for various teams.
✅ One-on-One Interactions: Engage with learners on an individual basis to reinforce training and support personal development.
✅ Coaching & Reinforcement: Support learners with theory and practical applications through coaching and follow-ups.
✅ Managing Records: Ensure that all training records and administrative tasks are up to date, and comply with company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and development, along with a proactive mindset. We are looking for:
🎓 Education:
- A relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Learning and Development.
💼 Experience:
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR Learning & Development.
- No previous professional experience required, but a passion for learning and teaching is essential.
