🔄 INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

TFG is looking for energetic and motivated Change Agent Interns to support business-wide transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about change management, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

Interns will play an active role in supporting transformation projects, helping teams adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working while ensuring effective communication and engagement across the business.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support major change initiatives such as RFID, Dayforce, VAS, Omni, and OneX

• Assist in developing and executing change communication and engagement plans

• Coordinate and track change-related activities and milestones

• Support workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

• Assist with reporting, documentation, and feedback analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

• Support adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

📚 Education

Recently completed qualification in one of the following:

• Human Resources

• Industrial Psychology

• Business Management

• Change Management

• Organisational Development

• Digital Marketing

• Or a related field

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• AI experience will be an added advantage

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks
