As a Chef de Partie, you will play an integral part in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests while developing your skills under the mentorship of our experienced Executive Chef and senior culinary team.


🎯 Job Overview:

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes. You’ll be actively involved in food preparation, mise en place, hygiene standards, and teamwork — all contributing to smooth kitchen operations and elevated guest satisfaction.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in your assigned section with consistency and precision.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with food hygiene standards.

  • Ensure all mise en place is complete before service begins.

  • Assist in developing new dishes and refreshing the menu with innovative ideas.

  • Collaborate closely with fellow chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

  • Supervise junior kitchen team members and assist in training where needed.

  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock control, ordering, and receiving supplies.

  • Strive for minimal food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen operations.

  • Adhere to company health, safety, and hygiene protocols.


🎓 Education & Experience:

  • A culinary qualification or equivalent professional kitchen experience is required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment preferred.

  • Familiarity with fine dining or luxury hospitality will be an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and presentation standards.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight service deadlines.
