Key Responsibilities

Independently manage your station and ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Prepare and cook dishes in alignment with the Executive Chef’s guidance and hotel standards.

Organize and maintain mise-en-place for efficient service.

Uphold strict hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP).
-
Properly store food items and maintain cleanliness in all working areas.

Contribute to team efforts by working collaboratively with colleagues and mentoring junior staff.

Maintain high levels of organisation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or equivalent).
-
Prior experience as Chef de Partie in premium or luxury hotels/restaurants.
-
Strong attention to detail, quality consciousness, and creativity.

Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure.

Team player with strong communication skills.
-
Good command of German and/or French; other languages are an advantage.
