💼 About the Role
Hatch is inviting applications for its 2025 Graduate Programme in Civil Engineering. This internship is designed for recent BSc or BEng Civil Engineering graduates looking to work on global infrastructure projects and receive world-class mentorship. You’ll join the Project Delivery Group (PDG), collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing civil infrastructure projects

Contribute to calculations, technical documentation, and design reviews

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large and small-scale engineering projects

Apply problem-solving skills to real-world infrastructure challenges

Participate in mentorship and structured development programs

Support project delivery and operations across global Hatch offices
📘 Minimum Qualifications

South African citizen

BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering (final year or recent graduate)

65%+ academic average

Maximum of 12 months working experience

Willingness to work in any province within South Africa
