Job Overview

As a Cleaner, you will maintain high-quality cleaning standards across offices, public areas, and client facilities. You will proactively identify cleaning opportunities, complete tasks within specified timeframes, and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met, supporting overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and act on cleaning opportunities beyond set tasks
Complete assigned cleaning tasks within specified timeframes
Clean offices, wards, public areas, and other areas as directed
Maintain and uphold Tsebo hygiene standards
Promote positive client and customer relationships

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education

Minimum Grade 12 or Grade 11 with relevant experience

💼 Experience

Experience as a Cleaner preferred, but willingness to learn is acceptable
Knowledge of cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) advantageous

📚 Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little supervision
High energy levels and excellent work ethic
Good personal hygiene and appearance
Soft skills: friendly, approachable, customer-focused
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Clear English communication skills
