What You’ll Do in This Role:

As a Cleaning Operative, you’ll help create and maintain a hygienic, safe and organised space for all occupants. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Cleaning work areas, floors, communal spaces, and bathrooms

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and damp wiping

• Emptying bins and managing waste responsibly

• Litter picking and sorting recyclables such as cardboard and plastic

• Maintaining health & safety records and attending training as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Right to Work in the UK is a must

• Experience in cleaning (preferred but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks

• Ability to work night shifts on a rolling 5-in-7 schedule

• Team player with a can-do attitude
