About the Role

As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining hygienic, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients and their staff. Your work will directly contribute to the well-being and productivity of all who use the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy work areas, communal spaces, and bathrooms.

• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and damp wiping tasks.

• Empty bins, manage litter picking, and separate recyclables (cardboard and plastics).

• Accurately complete Health & Safety records and attend relevant training.

What We’re Looking For

• Right to Work in the UK is essential.

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently and thoroughly.
