🌟 About the Role
TFG is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Clerk: Receiving and Despatch to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain team in Gauteng. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of our facility—ensuring the accuracy of stock, effective reconciliation processes, and timely dispatch of products.
You will work within a high-performing team that supports the core operations of our retail business, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage work in progress (WIP) stock and processes effectively.

Ensure accurate reconciliation of inbound and outbound stock.

Process invoicing, goods received, and dispatch documentation.

Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and handle inventory control.

Track and monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries to and from the warehouse.

Operate inventory systems such as Styleman and Sync for tag printing and loading.

Perform administrative tasks including documentation, stock reports, and consolidation.

Support internal reporting and provide data to supervisors as needed.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.

Solid background in stock-taking and inventory control.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to communicate using SASL (South African Sign Language) is an advantage.

Working knowledge of inventory software like Styleman and Sync is preferred.
