The Client Analyst role at Circana is designed to support the Client Delivery team in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in managing the build, maintenance, and dispatch of databases, reports, and online services for our clients. Collaborating closely with the CPG teams, you will ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables, contributing directly to operational success.

As a Client Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence πŸ“Š:

    • Build and maintain databases and produce/refresh reports in line with client specifications.
    • Ensure data accuracy by adhering to Circana’s standards and quality checks.
    • Manage client requests and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
    • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues impacting deliverables.
  • Client Centricity πŸ’Ό:

    • Act as the subject matter expert for your client portfolio.
    • Contribute to client-specific deliverables by optimizing and maintaining databases and reports.
    • Take ownership of your client deliverables and ensure their timely execution.
    • Participate in Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings and client presentations.
  • Collaboration & Communication 🀝:

    • Partner with CPG, IT, and Data Input teams to resolve any issues affecting client deliverables.
    • Keep all client artefacts up to date and ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Foster continuous improvement initiatives within your client vertical.
  • Market Awareness & Industry Insights 🌍:

    • Conduct quarterly vertical store visits to review client products and gather insights.
    • Stay informed about consumer behavior and FMCG trends, ensuring that your deliverables are relevant and timely.
  • Internal Collaboration πŸ§‘β€πŸ€β€πŸ§‘:

    • Support the CPG teams by providing accurate data and ensuring timely execution of projects.
    • Actively contribute to internal meetings, including knowledge shares and initiative sessions.

  • Successful completion of training programs within the first 4 months.
  • High client satisfaction through consistent and timely delivery of accurate data.
  • Achievement of execution targets for client deliverables and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications & Experience πŸŽ“

Education:

  • Tertiary Education in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Data Management.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data processing, data analysis, or a related role within the FMCG industry.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of MS SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior and market insights in the FMCG sector.
