π― JOB OVERVIEW
The Client Engagement Consultant is responsible for delivering a seamless, personalised client experience through an omni-channel contact centre model.
The role focuses on resolving client queries efficiently while ensuring every interaction feels convenient, effortless, and bespoke. The successful candidate will manage client engagements across multiple channels while working in a structured shift environment.
π§© KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage and respond to client enquiries professionally across all channels

Take full ownership of client requests from initiation to resolution

Provide accurate product and service information to PPS members

Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using approved systems

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

Route calls and queries to relevant stakeholders appropriately

Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures

Complete call logs, reports, and follow-up actions

Identify trends in client interactions and alert management proactively
π QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Bachelorβs degree with a relevant business orientation
Experience
-
1β3 years customer service experience
-
1β2 years call centre and back-office processing experience (preferred)
-
Experience working in a sales-driven environment
Skills
-
Knowledge of customer experience methodologies
-
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of financial institutions (preferred)
-
FAIS and FICA knowledge (preferred)
-
High accuracy and attention to detail
-
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
