🧩 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

✅ Customer Engagement:
✔️ Deliver a professional and friendly experience to clients
✔️ Respond to queries, complaints, and requests
✔️ Encourage renewals and product retention

✅ Product Knowledge & Support:
✔️ Provide detailed product/service guidance
✔️ Identify and explain relevant solutions
✔️ Direct clients to correct service channels

✅ CRM & Data Management:
✔️ Maintain accurate client data via CRM tools
✔️ Log interactions for future reference and insights

✅ Sales Enablement & Retention:
✔️ Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
✔️ Engage with prospective clients (telephonically or in-person)
✔️ Assist in client onboarding and renewals

✅ Compliance & Process Excellence:
✔️ Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and codes of conduct
✔️ Continuously build skills through training, feedback, and coaching
