Job Overview

Momentum Corporate is looking for a Client Service Administrator to deliver effective and efficient support to clients, members, and service providers. This role focuses on handling telephonic and electronic queries, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring exceptional client service within the financial services and employee benefits environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer service experience in insurance, employee benefits, or financial services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from members and service providers
  • Confirm benefits and assist with client queries
  • Deliver first-call resolution wherever possible
  • Respond to telephonic and electronic enquiries timeously
  • Capture data accurately on internal systems
  • Complete documentation according to departmental guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Ensure SLAs are met and exceeded
  • Escalate risks and unresolved issues where necessary
  • Build strong stakeholder and client relationships
  • Support team collaboration and service excellence
  • Stay updated on MMH product changes and policies
  • Assist with reporting and administration requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or relevant qualification
  • 2 years relevant client servicing experience
  • Exposure to insurance or financial services industry
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
