We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Facilitator to join the team at MHR North in Trichardt. In this role, you will plan, facilitate, and implement essential clinical training interventions, ensuring continuous professional development and competency across nursing teams. You may be assigned to a specialized unit (such as ICU) or rotate across various departments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective clinical training programs and development interventions.

• Support nursing teams in competency development and procedure adherence.

• Identify training needs and design targeted interventions.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, clinical risk management, and relevant healthcare legislation.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✅ Essential Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing

• Qualification in Midwifery (Mandatory)

• Postgraduate specialist qualification (e.g., Critical Care) is advantageous

🧪 Experience Requirements

✅ Minimum Experience:

• At least 3 years as a Professional Nurse in a hospital setting

• At least 1 year experience as a mentor

• 2–3 years experience in a critical care environment

🧠 Key Competencies & Skills

• Strong facilitation and assessment skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures, clinical risk, and infection control

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting
