๐ง Role Overview
As the Cloud Networking Engineer, you will be the first line of technical engagement with clients. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving connectivity and cloud network-related issues, and ensuring smooth operations across client environments. You will manage tickets, assist with escalations, track issues, and maintain a proactive approach to network performance and system stability.
This is a hybrid position requiring both technical depth and strong customer-facing communication skills.

๐น Act as an escalation point for client technical issues, ensuring consistent communication throughout the process.

๐น Respond to incoming calls, emails, and logged tickets within defined SLA timeframes.

๐น Proactively monitor networks and systems to detect outages or performance issues.

๐น Identify recurring problems, analyse fault trends, and provide insights for long-term resolution.

๐น Prioritise and manage open, pending, and escalated tickets to ensure service continuity.

๐น Build and maintain professional working relationships with clients, team members, and third-party vendors.

๐น Provide after-hours support for emergency or cut-over activities when required.
๐ Knowledge & Skills Required

๐ผ 4+ yearsโ experience at an ISP or MSP supporting network connectivity.

๐ฅ๏ธ Strong background in remote troubleshooting and multi-client support.

๐ Technical certification such as Microsoft, Fortigate, CCNA, A+, N+, or equivalent.

๐ง Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

๐ฃ๏ธ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

๐ Must have own transport and a valid driverโs licence.
