Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and exceed expectations for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

  • Execute strategic sales plans across your territory.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Present and speak at marketing and industry events to represent Oracle HCM.

  • Manage a hybrid sales role combining new business, expansion, renewals, and account management.


What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience selling high-value SaaS or cloud-based solutions.

  • Proven success in Human Capital Management (HCM) solution sales.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes like recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management.

  • Comfort working with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social engagement skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.


Preferred Background

  • Experience in public speaking and presenting at industry events.

  • Knowledge of social selling and leveraging social media for B2B sales.

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for cloud tech and HR innovation.
