🧾 JOB OVERVIEW

Clover is offering a Call Centre Learnership Programme for unemployed youth who are passionate about customer service and eager to gain experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.

Successful learners will be based at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while also attending prescribed classes. Upon completion, learners will have achieved a recognised NQF qualification and gained valuable customer service and call centre experience.

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

πŸ“ž Customer Service

  • Deliver high-quality customer service at all times

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders

πŸ“ Order Processing

  • Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time

  • Inform customers of accounts on hold

  • Communicate order-related issues to internal stakeholders

πŸ’Ό Sales Support

  • Promote Clover and Principal products

  • Offer new or additional products, including features and promotions

🀝 Teamwork

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives

  • Participate in team meetings and support team values

  • Assist colleagues to ensure team targets are met


πŸŽ“ QUALIFICATIONS

πŸ“˜ Education

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4

  • Matric completed within the last 5 years (2021–2025)

  • Minimum 55% average in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently unemployed

  • Must not have participated in a learnership before

  • Advanced computer literacy

  • South African citizen
