The Roche Commercial Graduate Programme is a fast-track, rotational development programme designed for high-potential graduates aspiring to future commercial leadership roles. Over 24 months, graduates gain hands-on exposure across core commercial, medical, regulatory, and operational functions within the healthcare industry.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategies, market analysis, and commercial plans across therapeutic areas

• Support medical affairs activities and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Gain exposure to drug approval processes, safety monitoring, and clinical development

• Develop financial and commercial acumen, including P&L and supply chain fundamentals

• Contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with Roche’s innovation strategy

📚 Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum NQF Level 7) in:

  • Commercial

  • Medical

  • Science-related disciplines

Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership experience (academic or extracurricular)

• Previous internship exposure in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries (advantageous)

Skills:

• Strong academic performance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Analytical and strategic thinking ability
