👩‍💼 About the Role – Community Associate:

As a Community Associate in our Knysna centre, you’ll be the face of IWG – delivering exceptional customer service and creating a vibrant community for professionals and businesses. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our workspaces operate smoothly, efficiently, and with the warmth of a true service professional.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Greet, welcome, and build relationships with customers from all industries.

  • Workspace Management: Ensure the centre runs like clockwork – clean, functional, and fully operational.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle day-to-day challenges and find proactive solutions.

  • Technology Support: Assist clients with basic tech and connectivity issues.

  • Sales Assistance: Help promote our services and facilities, supporting client growth.

  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a small team to ensure an exceptional experience.


🧠 What You’ll Need:

  • A background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.

  • Confidence working independently and within small teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A basic understanding of MS Office and a willingness to learn new tech.

  • A flexible mindset and problem-solving attitude.
