Duties:

Assist in organizing and prioritizing executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications professionally.

Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.

Set up meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.

Support research, analysis, and special projects.
