π Key Responsibilities
β Compensation Program Management β Oversee salary structures, bonus plans, and variable pay programs.
β Market Research & Analysis β Conduct in-depth compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive salaries.
β Pay & Performance Management β Lead annual salary reviews and off-cycle adjustments.
β HR & Leadership Support β Advise managers and HRBPs on pay structures and benefits.
β Compliance & Legislation β Ensure pay policies align with EMEA regulations.
β Training & Communication β Educate teams on compensation frameworks and benefits.
β International Mobility Support β Assist with expatriate pay and benefits packages.
β Mergers & Acquisitions β Provide due diligence for compensation & benefits integration.
β Wellbeing Strategy β Drive health, wellness, and financial wellbeing initiatives.
π What You Need to Succeed
β Education: Bachelorβs Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
β Experience: Minimum 4 years in compensation program design, job analysis & market pricing, preferably in EMEA.
β Tech Skills: Expert in Excel, MS Office, and preferably Workday.
β Analytical Abilities: Strong data interpretation & forecasting skills.
β Communication: Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
β Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compensation laws & compliance standards in EMEA.
β Project Management: Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
β Strategic Thinking: Capability to influence senior decision-makers & align rewards with business goals.
