πŸ“Œ What You Need to Succeed

βœ” Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
βœ” Experience: Minimum 4 years in compensation program design, job analysis & market pricing, preferably in EMEA.
βœ” Tech Skills: Expert in Excel, MS Office, and preferably Workday.
βœ” Analytical Abilities: Strong data interpretation & forecasting skills.
βœ” Communication: Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
βœ” Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compensation laws & compliance standards in EMEA.
βœ” Project Management: Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
βœ” Strategic Thinking: Capability to influence senior decision-makers & align rewards with business goals.
