As a Concierge Retail Associate, you will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the store. Your role will involve understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring they receive excellent service, and providing them with the best Apple product solutions. ✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Greet customers warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department
✔️ Engage with customers to discover their needs and assist them in finding the best Apple products
✔️ Provide information on the latest Apple products, services, and promotions
✔️ Ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience from start to finish
✔️ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales
✔️ Contribute to the overall sales and customer satisfaction targets
✔️ Assist in maintaining store appearance and ensuring that products are well-organized

✔️ Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
✔️ Previous sales or customer service experience
