🧩 JOB OVERVIEW

The Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Internship provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in consulting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within the payments industry. Interns will work closely with consulting project teams, supporting research, data analysis, insight generation, and project deliverables.

This internship offers exposure to multiple consulting areas including strategy, product, portfolio management, risk, digital solutions, and data science, with projects across the region. The program is designed as a pipeline into a full-time role starting January 2027.

📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support consulting project teams in data collection, research, and analysis

• Develop insights from data analyses to inform recommendations and client solutions

• Assist in preparing project deliverables such as slides, Excel models, and reports

• Contribute to hypothesis development, analysis conclusions, and client presentations

• Support internal research, white papers, and proposal development for VCA projects

• Work on client engagements across various VCA focus areas, including portfolio, digital, and risk

• Collaborate with senior team members to present findings and recommendations to clients

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, IT/MIS, Engineering, or related fields

• Graduation date: December 2026

Experience

• Exposure to business case solving, data analysis, or consulting projects advantageous

Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
