💼 Purpose of the Role:
As a Consulting Tech Intern, you will support Oracle’s consulting team in delivering top-tier cloud solutions to clients. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants on cloud migration projects and gain expertise in Oracle Cloud technology domains. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to develop your skills in cloud services while contributing to exciting, real-world projects.
🛠 What You Will Do:
- 🤝 Collaborate with Project Teams – Assist with delivering Oracle Cloud technology solutions to clients.
- 🛠 Support Cloud Migration Projects – Help senior consultants in planning, executing, and troubleshooting cloud projects.
- 📚 Become a Subject Matter Expert – Focus on Oracle Cloud Technology Domains, including DevOps, Database, Analytics, AI, Integration, and Infrastructure.
- 📋 Gather Requirements & Document Business Processes – Work with teams to collect requirements and document technical processes.
- 📝 Prepare Technical Documentation – Create reports and capture milestones related to cloud solution implementations.
- 💡 Troubleshoot Issues – Assist in resolving client issues linked to cloud deployments.
- 🗣 Participate in Meetings – Contribute valuable insights in internal meetings and client presentations.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Minimum: BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or any related Technology/Engineering degree.
- Desirable: An Honours degree will be a plus.
🧠 Desired Skills:
- 🧩 Quick Learner – Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies rapidly.
- 🔍 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to tackle challenges logically and effectively.
- 🤝 Team Collaboration – Comfortable working in a team, but also capable of independent work.

- 🖥 Tech-Savvy – Exposure to cloud services such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- 💻 Familiarity with Programming – Knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, or scripting languages.
- 🖥 Operating Systems – Exposure to Linux and/or Windows.
- 🔒 Basic Understanding of Cloud Security – Knowledge of networking and security in cloud environments.
