Role Overview
This role involves managing consumer communication, supporting product education, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring excellent consumer engagement within the Coloplast Care Program. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer Campaign Execution

Capture all lead information accurately and maintain a complete database.

Contact leads within required timelines and recommend suitable products.

Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Build relationships with community contacts and support Care Program enrolment.

Pack, dispatch, and track sample parcels.
-
Stay updated on product knowledge and campaign training.
Coloplast Care Program Support

Provide inbound and outbound support to enrolled consumers.

Offer product-use guidance, routine advice, and identify early concerns.

Schedule nurse consultations and follow-ups.

Maintain long-term consumer relationships and support retention.

Meet KPIs related to engagement quality and service levels.
Consumer Queries and Complaints

Investigate product complaints thoroughly and provide compassionate assistance.

Ensure all email queries are resolved within SLA.
General Duties

Uphold a strong and positive company image in all communication.

Follow SOPs and talk tracks and recommend improvements.

Participate in ad hoc consumer service projects when required.
Minimum Requirements and Competencies

Experience in customer service, consumer care, or healthcare service support is beneficial.

Strong communication skills with a consumer-focused approach.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound communication effectively.

Strong administrative abilities and accurate record-keeping.

Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
