Key Responsibilities:

As a Consumer Services Specialist, your key duties will include:

Managing Consumer Inquiries

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers and stakeholders, handling inquiries about products and services.
  • Capture sales orders and resolve consumer queries effectively.
  • Conduct outbound calls to confirm monthly orders and products.

Sales Order and Lead Management

  • Responsible for converting leads within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring all mandatory consumer data and documents are verified.
  • Ensure all changes to master data are updated in the CRM system promptly and accurately.

Complaint Resolution & Data Management

  • Log consumer complaints in the CRM system and follow up with necessary actions.
  • Maintain and ensure all consumer interactions are recorded as per standard operating procedures (SOP).

Campaign & Consumer Sales Activities

  • Participate in scheduled campaigns and execute consumer sales activities.
  • Perform other consumer service-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.
Educational Qualification: A tertiary qualification is an advantage.
Medical Experience: Previous experience in the medical field is an advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in Afrikaans is essential.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an ability to follow processes closely.
