Coloplast South Africa is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Sandton. This role plays a vital part in managing the operational aspects of the consumer journey—handling enrolments, processing sales orders, responding to queries, and delivering exceptional service in line with company policies.

You will work closely with the Call Centre Team Lead, ensuring that consumer needs are met promptly and accurately, while maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming consumer/stakeholder calls, capturing sales orders and resolving product or service queries

• Make outbound calls to confirm monthly orders and products with consumers

• Convert leads within SLA and verify mandatory consumer masterdata and documentation

• Respond to all email queries within 48 hours

• Update masterdata in CRM promptly and maintain accuracy and completeness

• Log consumer complaints timely in the CRM system and ensure follow-up actions

• Accurately record all consumer interactions as per SOP guidelines

• Ask insightful questions to identify the root cause of consumer queries

• Support consumer sales activities during scheduled campaigns

• Perform other consumer service-related tasks as required

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Tertiary qualification is advantageous

• Previous experience in the medical field is a plus

• Afrikaans language skills preferred
