🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Proactively liaise telephonically with customers regarding outstanding debt.

Negotiate and secure payment arrangements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Update and capture accurate customer details during calls.

Work towards and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Adhere strictly to all processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Maintain service excellence in every interaction with customers.

Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (Matric).
