🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively liaise telephonically with customers regarding outstanding debt.

  • Negotiate and secure payment arrangements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Update and capture accurate customer details during calls.

  • Work towards and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

  • Adhere strictly to all processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain service excellence in every interaction with customers.


✅ Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (Matric).
