Learnership Overview
Momentum Health is offering an exciting Contact Centre Learner Learnership for unemployed youth residing in the Western Cape, specifically those living within 30km of the Parc Du Cap office in Bellville. This learnership is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client service and eager to build a career within the medical aid administration and insurance industry.
The 12-month learnership leads to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5, SAQA ID 105030). While completion does not guarantee permanent employment, it provides valuable industry exposure, recognised qualifications, and practical experience that significantly improves future employability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Attend all classroom-based learning sessions and workplace training activities

Participate in practical, on-the-job training aligned to learnership outcomes

Acquire knowledge of Momentum Health products, systems, policies, and procedures

Compile and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
-
Complete logbooks for work-based learning requirements
-
Successfully complete all formative and summative assessments
-
Demonstrate effective use of internal systems and operational processes
-
Conduct yourself professionally and uphold Momentum Metropolitan values
-
Demonstrate commitment to the medical scheme and healthcare industry
-
Prepare for and successfully pass the EISA examination
Minimum Requirements
-
Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Mathematics passed with at least 40% OR Mathematical Literacy passed with at least 60%
-
English and one other South African language passed with a minimum of 50%
-
South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 30 years
-
Unemployed and able to commit to a full 12-month learnership

Residing in the Western Cape within 30km of Parc Du Cap, Bellville
-
Not currently studying (full-time or part-time) during the learnership period

Must not have completed the same learnership previously

Able to commute independently to the workplace

Computer literacy will be an advantage
