JOB OVERVIEW
Hollard Insure is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive strategic optimisation initiatives across business and IT environments. Operating as an internal management consultancy, the Continuous Improvement team supports projects from concept through implementation, ensuring that business cases translate into measurable, realised benefits.
The role focuses on simplifying and optimising processes before automation, leveraging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and RPA only where they deliver clear commercial value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement practical, value-driven continuous improvement solutions

Identify root causes and develop sustainable process improvements

Build compelling business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders

Apply and enhance CI project management and optimisation frameworks
-
Facilitate project meetings, implementation activities, and change management
-
Track, measure, and report on the realisation of business case benefits

Engage effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
-
Produce professional, high-quality reports and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Engineering degree or Honours degree (minimum requirement)
-
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (advantageous)
-
SAFe certification (beneficial)
Experience
-
Strong programme and project management experience
-
Experience within large consultancies and Lean optimisation environments
-
Exposure to short-term insurance or financial services (advantageous)
Skills

Lean process optimisation and root cause problem-solving expertise

Analytical and systems thinking capability

Target Operating Model and management system design
-
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

Strong stakeholder engagement, influence, and presentation skills
