🔎 Role Overview: Contracts Specialist

We’re seeking a Contracts Specialist to support our supply chain operations through strategic sourcing and contract management. In this role, you’ll ensure secure, value-driven, and optimized supplier performance. You’ll act as the key interface between the business and Supply Chain, managing data analysis and strategic sourcing initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Sourcing & Contract Management

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for specific categories.

  • Develop inclusive procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.

  • Manage supplier performance and contract administration.

📊 Strategic Alignment & Planning

  • Implement sourcing plans that align with regional priorities and business unit needs.

  • Drive commercial initiatives to maximize value creation.

🤝 Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and suppliers.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through SRM practices.

  • Ensure seamless contract handovers to site teams for smooth execution.

📈 Reporting, Analysis & Compliance

  • Manage centralized electronic/legal file systems.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.

  • Support continuous improvement across supply chain functions.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline

  • 5 years of experience in a supply chain or similar function

Preferred:

  • Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)

  • Experience with SAP Ariba

  • Exposure to commercial and strategic sourcing environments
