π Role Overview
Media24 is seeking a motivated and customer-focused CRM Agent to join its Customer Services team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in strengthening customer relationships, improving product adoption, and driving long-term value through exceptional service delivery.
As the CRM Agent, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and supported while contributing to revenue growth and customer retention initiatives.
π― Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers

Develop a deep understanding of customer structures, needs, and service requirements

Communicate proactively with clients, including conducting product or system training sessions

Increase customer awareness, engagement, and usage of Media24 products and services
Customer Support & Problem Resolution

Assist customers with product, content, billing, and contractual queries
-
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
-
Achieve and maintain first-call resolution targets
-
Perform contract-related administrative tasks when required
Business Growth & Development

Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base

Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, challenges, and service gaps

Contribute to revenue growth through enhanced customer engagement

Achieve monthly performance objectives aligned with business goals
Performance, Compliance & Reporting

Adhere to defined KPIs, service standards, and operational procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems

Meet daily activity and call handling targets to sustain service levels
π§ Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications
-
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
-
Written and spoken proficiency in Afrikaans and English
Required Experience
-
Minimum 1 year experience in an inbound call centre environment

At least 2 years experience in customer relationship management or account management
-
Minimum 2 years experience within the financial or investment industry
Preferred Qualifications
-
Financial or investment-related tertiary qualification
-
Training or customer onboarding experience (advantageous)
